Dennis L. Shaffer owner of Spectec LLC Residential Inspections started inspecting commercial Apartment Complexes in 2000. In 2001 his decision to move into residential home inspections has become a thriving customer oriented service located in Johnson County Kansas. He graduated from the Midwest Inspectors Institute, is a certified master shingler for Certainteed, is licensed in Heating, ventilation and Air Conditioning by the EPA and is trained by the International Code Council in Redsidential Code.
